When unexpected moments of change create a need for volunteers, how do community organizations pivot quickly to mobilize the help they need? Join us for an intimate, interactive panel discussion exploring the realities of rapid-response volunteer recruitment. We are bringing together four experienced panelists who have navigated the frontlines of community needs, small to large scale mobilizations. They will share battle-tested strategies and ideas on how to unite people, inspire action, and manage teams when circumstances change quickly.
