Unplug for awhile and join us in Centre Square for some old fashioned family fun! Celebrating 200 years of Kentville: Back to 1826 is happening on Saturday October 3rd as part of our expanded annual Harvest Festival. Activities include historic demos and vendors, live music, a pumpkin people workshop and pony rides. Check out spinners, weavers, and spoon carving, or try out bobbing for apples! Come see live oxen on site and learn or remember) what life was like before cell phones, screens, and social media.
This event is organized by our hard working partners at the Kings County Museum and the Kentville Historical society with support from the Town of Kentville. Join us in celebrating and remembering our humble roots. And Happy Harvest time, everyone!
