In this 8-week workshop series, we’ll practice and develop skills that will allow us to trade guilt, obligation, judgments and demands for conscious communication, trust, connection, and collaboration.
There are two small groups (capped at 10 participants each) to choose from:
Wolfville Location
Fridays: 9:00 -11:30 am
Jan 8, 15, 22, 29
Feb 5, 12, 19, 26 (+ snow dates)
Kentville Location
Sundays: 2:00 - 4:30 pm
Jan 10, 17, 24, 31
Feb 7, 14, 21, 28 (+ snow dates)
