Grief, loss, change, and uncertainty can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. But even in the midst of life's difficulties, there can be a place within us where we can rest, reconnect, and find our footing.
The Steady Place is a gentle invitation to discover that inner space.

Through guided meditation and the soothing sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, gong, and chimes, we'll create an opportunity to slow down, soften, and simply be with ourselves exactly as we are.

This event is a heartfelt collaboration between Avon United Church and Bless Your Path, created with the shared intention of making wellness experiences accessible to everyone in our community.

The suggested contribution is $20 for those who are able to pay.

For anyone who would appreciate the gift of attending through a bursary, please know that this option is warmly available. Simply reach out to Pamela.

We believe that opportunities for rest, connection, and caring for ourselves should be available to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances.

There will be time for tea and gentle connection following the sound immersion.

No previous meditation or sound bath experience is necessary.
