Launching during the Festival of All Souls, Relational Threads is a monthly gathering that invites a creation-based therapeutic exploration of how grief shapes and moves us. Through the act of braiding fabric and objects found in nature, we’ll attend to the grief that emerges among us and follow our relational threads through its unravelling.
The act of creating engages the body’s wisdom in the therapeutic process, easing the mental load and opening possibilities for connection and being held in relationship.
