From medieval to marvellous! The Manning Chapel Choir returns with a glorious gathering of ancient carols, contemporary favourites, roof-raising gospel, and music that ranges from the gloriously exuberant to the quietly beautiful.
Joining the choir is a rather splendid collection of musical conspirators: Shannon Quinn (fiddle), Charlie Wilson (Irish flute), Jude Pelley (bouzouki), and Mary Castello (piano), all under the direction of John Scott.
Expect haunting medieval melodies, the incomparable Dolly Parton, a magnificent poly-choral Ave Maria, and all the warmth, humour, and glorious music that have made Wassail one of Wolfville's favourite Christmas traditions.
