TONIGHT AT BOHOdance - THE AWAKENING
A Journey Back to Yourself
Tonight, we're taking a beautiful journey through movement, music, breath, and stillness.
From grounding ourselves in the earth beneath our feet to awakening our inner fire, opening our hearts, finding our voice, and reconnecting with our intuition.
Seven energy centres. One beautiful journey back to YOU.
🌿 Move. Breathe. Release.
🔥 Awaken your inner strength.
💜 Open. Express. Reconnect.
We'll finish with a deeply relaxing guided meditation and sound healing experience, followed by our special BOHOdance ritual, where you'll choose a personal message and crystal to take home.
No choreography. No expectations. Just you, your body, and the freedom to move however you feel.
✨ Wednesday | 7 PM
📍 Infinity Yoga Movement & Dance Studio, Hantsport
💫 Drop-in $20 | Punch cards available

Tonight, we don't dance to become someone else. We move to remember who we are.
