On Tuesday, October 25th at 7:00pm residents of Kings County are invited to assist in making cultural assets visible through the development of a Kings County Cultural Map.
The map will provide a single location for the public to access information about tangible and intangible local cultural assets including museums, performance venues, galleries, studios, libraries, heritage buildings, and stories.
Those who choose to attend will be asked to assist in determining what should be shown on the map. The interactive meeting will be held at NSCC’s Kingstec Campus in room 2101. All are invited - no experience in mapping necessary.
