“Potato printing: From Farm to Handmade Art”
Most people have a few vegetables in their fridge waiting to be used in a delectable dish, but how about using that vegetable for a handmade creation? In this class we will experiment with texture and surface design using the potato as our printing palette.
Facilitator: Angela Melanson is a trained textile artist and self taught painter who resides on the Gaspereau Mountain. The idea of combining her love of hand-grown food with hand-made art makes her world go round.
