Janet Gaskin and Peggy Walt of the Aeolian Singers in Halifax have invited the Women of Wolfville to collaborate on a performance on Saturday, May 5. The plan is to take their 'singing with heart' theme outside Metro Halifax.
The concert will focus on women's heart health and is partially sponsored by the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Special guest artist will be Susan Crowe (www.susancrowe.com). Well known CBC announcer Olga Milosevich will act as MC. The Aeolians will perform several pieces with text that loosely follows the Heart theme, as well as a testimonial from one of their singers, regarding her own journey with heart health. WOW will add their own contribution to the songs and the dramatic pieces. Don't miss it!
