Calling all Seniors - and those who love seniors too! July 11 is Seniors Night @ the Market! The focus for seniors night is for seniors to come out to feel pampered and to relax! Seniors will also get $2 off their Community Supper. We will have a variety of complimentary activities and services available including: hand and foot massage, chair massage, hand treatments, and CFQigong, Yomba and Chair Yoga demonstrations for all to try! We will also have several local community programs for seniors out onsite to provide information on what they do and offer!
