The Annapolis Valley Macdonald Museum in Middleton is hosting a Horse Tour. Tour three area stables to visit a wide variety of horse breeds and their facilities. Get a close view of those beautiful animals you drive by and admire from a distance. Rohan Wood Stables in Aylesford, Killeavy Stables in Wilmot and Sky Valley Farm in Nictaux are generously opening their doors to raise money for the Museum and to give the public a rare treat. Follow up the tour with tea and refreshments at the Museum. Tickets are available at the Macdonald Museum.

The "Horsing Around" exhibit opens 3:00 to 4:30 p.m., Sunday, August 5th at Macdonald Museum. Exhibit features equestrian art, horse history, information on horse events and operations in the Valley and lots more. (Admission will be changed after August 5th)
