Join us for Roots of Healing Night @ the Wolfville Farmers' Market during the regular Wednesday Night Market and Community Supper.
Members of the Herbalist Association of Nova Scotia (HANS) will be hosting a Fall Plant Circle and will share their knowledge and love of roots. There will be hands-on instruction in root harvesting and medicine making, samples to try, and a special herbal activity for the kids.
We will also have a free root yoga class at 5:30pm and some fun samples and activities around fall root vegetables!
Come join in the fun, and bring some of your own root harvest to share!
