Drop in to our weekly hands-on workshop to learn traditional West African percussion, including djembe and dunun technique, traditional rhythms and arrangements, songs, conventions, and so on. It's fun, entertaining, a great opportunity to make music!
All are welcome! No experience necessary. There are usually more drums than people, so there's no reason to miss it!
Instruction by Bruno Allard and other members of Djugdjug Ensemble. Here is a link to one of their performances: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Ih70d_DXlQ
