Folk/Roots musician and activist, Annabelle Chvostek, is excited to be heading to the East Coast next month with her 2013 Juno nominated CD, “Rise”. The Toronto-based singer-songwriter’s highly acclaimed album is in the running for “Best Roots & Traditional Album of the Year: Solo”. Chvostek will be joined on stage by Jeremie Jones on upright bass for her appearances in PEI, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.
