"Fit as a Fiddle" is an 8-week fitness and education program for older adults. This program was developed by Senior LINCS Team and is brought to you by White Rock Community Association, Annapolis Valley Health and Valley Seniors Fitness Network. The program will teach you how to get started on an exercise routine and provide information on the importance of a healthy, active lifestyle so that you can maintain your mobility and independence. Registration for this program is Thursday, March 28th from 10 am - 11:30 am at the White Rock Community Center. Please bring a list of your medications.
