Benefit Fit Fest..... 2 Hours of Fitness Classes.
The parents of Jackie Sandstra (John and Edith Vanderkloet) a member of Abs-O-lute lost their home and belongings in Greenwich to a fire recently. Instructors will be providing a variety of group fitness classes including Zumba and Yoga over the 2 hours to raise funds for the family.
