As technology is becoming increasingly ubiquitous, all demographics must harness new ideas to transform and empower technology. This short documentary collects research and inspirational pieces of Silicon Valley's unsung heroes to galvanize us to explore the potential of 'femgineers' in changing the ratio of women's involvement in computer science. Emily Boucher, Executive Director of Canadian Women in Technology, and Rachel Aaron, Halifax Chapter Lead of Ladies Learning Code, will chair a discussion about the work they are doing around Women in Technology and challenges faced.
