Speakers Series (5:30-6:30): Growing Grain: The Whole Food not the Additive with Al Stewart (Stewart’s Organics) and Jeff McMahon (Longspell Point Farm)
There has been a lot of talk about the role that wheat should play in our diet. It appears that the excessive hybridization of the plant has changed the grain. Further to that, wheat gluten has become a pervasive food additive. What does this mean for someone wanting to grow grain today?

Regular Wednesday Community Night Activities include:
The $10 Market Supper (4pm-7pm): Just pay $10 dollars and in return get complimentary bread and salad plus $10 in coupons that you can use with any different vendor on any Wednesday.The Market Supper is enjoyed with real plate, cutlery, water glass and community seating.
30 Vendors Including (4pm-7pm): 10 prepared food vendors offering Market Supper options plus fruit, veggies, meat (pork, beef, chicken), eggs, tofu, bread, milk, cheese, cider, coffee, tea, soaps, woolens, jewellery, and spices.
