Jam Dance is a creative, physical, musical experience that encourages social engagement, diversity, co-operation and a renewed sense of our world and each other. All ages and abilities welcome! Participants will be guided through a variety of group activities ranging from listening, seeing and feeling to joyous, raucous expression and celebration.
