Scorched, is a play about redemption. Our families are worlds of mystery and conflict, but in the end they are our only home. Set against the backdrop of a civil war in the Middle East, Scorched –whose film version Incendies was nominated for an Academy Award in 2011—explores the dramatic story of a family destroyed by conflict and re-united through the power of forgiveness.
