The Village of Canning is hosting the Annual Tree Lighting. Santa will be making an appearance during the evening.
Free Event: Hot soup/chowder will be served along with hot chocolate, apple cider and sweets. Entertainment throughout the evening as well as an LED light exchange hosted by Efficiency Nova Scotia and the free public skate at Glooscap Arena from 6:15 to 7 PM. Tree lighting to take place at approx. 6PM. All are welcome to attend and food bank donations are gratefully accepted.
