Speaker Dr. Mark Hodges. Join us for a General overview and introduction to the Kentville Research Centre. Dr. Hodges is originally from Ottawa, and moved to Nova Scotia in 1997, first to Kentville then to Wolfville in 1998. Worked at the Centre as a Research Scientist from 1997 to 2010. Studied bioactive healthful properties of fruits and vegetables such as spinach and melons and how to best enhance or maintain levels of bio actives following harvest. Assumed position as center Director in 2010.
