Join Wanda Morris, Executive Director of Dying With Dignity Canada, as she explains the importance of completing an Advance Care Plan (also known as a "personal directive"). Get informed about end-of-life options for yourself and your loved ones, and learn how to make sure your wishes and choices are followed.

Participants will receive the Dying With Dignity Advance Care Planning Kit for Nova Scotia. This workshop will guide participants step-by-step through the process of completing your Advance Care Plan, with plenty of time for reflection, discussion, and questions.

Dying With Dignity, founded in 1982, is a national, member-based charity committed to helping people understand all of their end-of-life options. DWD works to expand choice in dying for all Canadians.
