Start your Apple Blossom Festivities at the Wolfville Farmers' Market where you can have a $10 Market Supper with apple-inspired foods and a complimentary serving of salad (with apple of course!) and bread.   For our Speakers Series Lee Gillespie of Gillespie Farms will be offering a grafting demonstration at 5:30pm and Richard Hennigar will offer a talk and demo on apple tree pruning at 6pm.

Privet House: Apple braised pulled pork slider with apple and red cabbage kimchi

Slow Dough:  Apple and rhubarb cake

The Noodle Guy:  Apple Bread pudding with maple syrup creme anglais
