A sizzling event to celebrate our farmers and the many tasty sausages they make!    Devour will be cooking up sausage plates featuring sausages from our Market Vendors and Market chefs will be making dishes inspired by market vendor sausages.  We will have a sausage map to help you find all things sausage from condiments to sausages to take home for your own grill, to sausage dishes to taste at the market.


Summer Sizzler Menu

Fez Cafe:  Ram Sausage Served on Grains

Harbourville Schnitzelhaus:   Oktoberfest Sausage Penne with Wild Mountain Farm Sausage

The Noodle Guy: Homemade shells with Zippy sausage in a Chipotle white wine béchamel sauce (sausage from Peasant's Pantry)

Privet House:  Jambalaya

Salmontail River Farm:  English Style-Sausage on a Bun or Bangers and  Mash (varieties being served include: Cumberland or Sweet Chilli (pork) and Merguese or Greek  (lamb)   

Taj Mahal Catering:  Sausage Curry with Salmontail River Sausage

Devour! on the Grill Menu

8:30 to 10:30:  Sausage Breakfast  including Scrambled eggs, baked Beans and your choice of sausage.

10:30 til 1:  Mexican Lunch with Mexican Rice, Pico Di Gallo and your choice of sausage.
