This workshop is in support of the 50% Local Club (see website) and includes hands on learning and demos, handouts and a plate of your own incredible creation.
Facilitators:
Selah Koile is a Registered Holistic Nutrition Counselor who's passionate about local whole foods. She's a seasoned cook and facilitator, teaching workshops to all ages.
Chef Fred Decker is a veteran cooking class instructor, chef, restaurateur, and freelance writer having written thousands of articles on food related topics. He's passionate about sustainable agriculture and traditional foods.
