Ashley Moffat returns to the stage with a sparkly new repertoire that reflects her unique and natural talents as a songwriter for children and adults, as well as her passion for the wilderness.
Her performances are a solid blend of quirky and catchy nature tunes about sea cucumbers, bats, owls, beavers and even pandas. Drawn to the Halifax music scene in 2000, and following her experiences while working with Parks Canada, Ashley’s words and melodies increasingly draw comparisons between the natural world and the human condition.
