  • Homeopathic Healing:  Sarah Trask offers homeopathic healing, a highly effective system of holistic medicine that assists the natural tendency of the body to heal itself. The use of homeopathic medicines is based on the discovery that natural substances are capable of curing the same symptoms as they can cause when given in minute doses. The name “homeopathy”, which comes from the Greek homoion + pathos, means similar suffering, which expresses the basic principle of homeopathy- the Law of Similars, or like cures like.     Homeopathy is effective because it is tailored to each individual and their individual case of disease. By treating the root cause of disease, and by treating each patient individually, homeopathy works to promote recovery of health from a vast majority of acute and chronic problems, and works to reduce a patient's susceptibility to the recurrence of symptoms. Homeopathy recognizes that all symptoms of ill health are expressions of disharmony within the whole person, and that the symptoms are the pattern our body is expressing in order to communicate the needed cure.
  • Inner Sun Yoga:   Inner Sun Yoga offers 14 yoga classes a week with a style of every body from Ashtanga to Mobility classes. We have lots of great props to support your practice.  All teachers are certified and insured.
