Artemis Wild Winter - Girls' Outdoor Adventure Club
Unplug, connect, and discover your inner wild every Saturday at a new outdoor space each week. Join Flying Squirrel Adventures for a 4-hour outdoor session, where we channel Artemis, the goddess of nature and wild animals in an engaging outdoor adventure series.
Together, we’ll explore a variety of trails around the valley, while also learning winter skills together like: cross country skiing, hiking, skating, snowshoeing, kick sledding, sledding, and winter camping. No experience necessary - just a willingness to try! Celebrate the power of your body and embrace the wonders of winter.
This is a 5-week program offered January 18 thru February 15, with Feb 22nd as a weather date.
Our adventures will be concentrated in and around Wolfville with some excursions to the Gaspereau Valley and beyond depending on conditions. We are working on securing transportation but parent support may be needed.
We offer our programs on a sliding fee scale to enable broad participation. Please email us for a discount code if needed: [email protected]
