Join us for a walk. We meet every Thursday evening near the entrance to Waterfront Park (behind Tim Horton's) and then choose a trail to walk. Walking is a great way to manage anxiety and depression, as well as other mental health concerns. This is a AVH Clubhouse program. All welcome.
