Hey kids! If you are between 8 and 12 years old, there will be a Safety Day Camp sponsored by the East and West Kings District Women’s Institutes. You will attend 4 workshops to learn about safety around:
Big Machinery – farm equipment
Small Machinery – ATV’s, lawn tractors, etc.;
First Responders or a veterinarian (to be confirmed)
Sun/Fun Activities – dangers of the sun, designing hat
Snack & Lunch will be provided, a take-home sun hat & a goodie bag
A Speaker on his experience with farm safety
