Talk Life Community Presents.... Libido Yoga: Opening Your Sacral Chakra to re-Ignite Creativity and Pleasure with Mia Lockhart
Is your sacral chakra healthy? Do you even know what this means? Someone with a healthy sacral (or second) chakra will usually be energetic and eager for life; enjoy their sexuality without having it rule them; have a form of creative expression; enjoy art, beauty, and sensory experience; be able to experience joy; experience their emotions without (generally) being overwhelmed by them; be able to be spontaneous and play; be open to change; and have a healthy lower back, reproductive system, and urinary system.

If you would like to experience more of this energy for life, join Mia Lockhart in an all levels 30 minute class of gentle yoga poses followed by a discussion on ways to clear, balance and open your life to more pleasure and passion.

Mia Lockhart is a health nut, idea-spreader and a self-proclaimed optimist. She is also a massage therapist and yoga teacher, along with being a devoted wife and mom of four kids.
Feel free to bring a bagged lunch for the discussion portion of the workshop. If you do not have a yoga mat, some will be provided.

Talk Life Community (TLC) was created by three friends who realized how many accomplished women they knew, all with important stories and life lessons to share. The group consists of Lia Glover, Port Williams, and Vanessa Gennette and Laura Churchill Duke, Kentville.
Talk Life Community is a roaming cafe for women. It focuses on the joys and challenges of women of all ages and experiences. Our goal is to share stories from those who have been there, done that. With so many creative, courageous, intelligent and accomplished women in the Valley to tell their stories, we believe you will leave a Talk Life Community event, better than you arrived.
