This is a support group for the family, friends and caregivers of people with an Eating Disorder (ED) in the Annapolis Valley.
The aim of the group is to support parents, caregivers and friends of those with an ED and help them connect with others who are experiencing similar challenges in order to: give and receive support; reduce isolation; share strategies and successes; build coping skills; increase knowledge of eating disorders; increase knowledge of health services and supports specific to EDs; and to build HOPE!
