This meeting is for the carers, friends and families of those with an eating disorder (ED). We aim to support parents, carers and friends and help them connect with others who are experiencing similar challenges in order to:
- give and receive support
- reduce isolation
- share strategies and successes
- build coping skills
- explore new self-care practices
- increase knowledge of eating disorders
- increase knowledge of health services and supports specific to EDs
- build hope!
