In this action packed day you will initiate an examination of your personal Character Strengths through the VIA Institute on Character, moving to an Appreciative Inquiry of your own business and the correlation between your strengths & your business.
You’ll participate in an interchange & exploration of six key areas of business, utilising proven strategies and tools as well as presentations from successful local entrepreneurs. The specific areas of concentration are;
• Business systemization - Becoming a more efficient business
• Human Resources – Strengthen your team
• Your Customers – Finding more and keeping the ones you have
• Marketing you and your company & testing and measuring your results.
• Sales – Professionally helping others to buy.
• Business Growth - A not so secret formula for business growth with literally hundreds of strategies.
