Art for Wellness is a simplified arts experience in a stress-free environment for those who live independently but struggle with mental health issues including stress and anxiety. All materials are provided and it’s completely free. Come and meet new people and take home a project you’ve made. Projects change weekly but may include painting, beadwork, crochet, sewing or jewellery making. This is a Annapolis Valley District Clubhouse Program.
