This meeting is for the carers (parents, grandparents, guardians), friends and other family members of those with an eating disorder (ED**).
We aim to support caregivers and help them connect with others who are experiencing similar challenges in order to: give and receive support; reduce isolation; share strategies and successes; build coping skills; explore new self-care practices; increase knowledge of eating disorders; increase knowledge of health services and supports specific to EDs; build HOPE!
