Deck the halls with boughs of ORO!
Please join ORO! Orkestra for this special festive dance party. What better way to celebrate the holiday season than with a host of lovely people dancing to exciting and fun Turkish and Balkan music, and sharing potluck munchies?
This year, ORO! is delighted to welcome a special clan of djembe-playing elves from the Djugdjug Ensemble who will warm up the house with an opening set of deep African grooves!
Please bring a festive snack to share! And a water bottle… and a friend - toe-tapping, head-bobbing listeners and freewheeling, freestyle dancers are always welcome!
7:30 pm - African djembe grooves with Djugdjug Ensemble
8:00 pm - Turko-Balkan dance party with ORO! Orkestra
