This meeting is for the carers, friends and families of those with an eating disorder (ED).
The Christmas holidays can be a difficult time for families supporting a loved one with an ED... and they can be absolutely terrifying for those with an ED. Come and join us... we understand!
We aim to support parents, carers and friends and help them connect with others who are experiencing similar challenges in order to: give and receive support; reduce isolation; share strategies and successes; build coping skills; explore new self-care practices; increase knowledge of eating disorders; increase knowledge of health services and supports specific to EDs; build HOPE!
