Painting class for adult members of the community who live independently with mental illness, including depression, ptsd and anxiety. All abilities are welcome. You can work on small projects like ornaments or create a work of art on canvas. Instructor Giselle will guide you and all materials are provided. Small group. Calm environment. Snacks too!
