The Acadia Percussion Ensemble will be having a quidditch match tomorrow evening:
Festival Theater at 7:30PM
$5 or pay what you can at the door (just come, we always make it work!)
If the insurance coverage doesn't come through and we have to abandon the game, we will instead perform a concert of amazing percussion music inspired by each of the Hogwarts houses.
Pieces that may be performed include works by John Cage, Steve Reich, award winning Nova Scotia composer Peter Togni, Mark Duggan, a great ragtime piece and to start the evening of excitement we will have a 17th Century timpani battle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
