Wolfville District Lions. How it works: you can buy a ticket anytime between 5 and 8pm on the night of the draw at the club only. Yo have to be there to win because whosever ticket wins the draw, that person comes to the front of the room to choose on of the few remaining cards in our deck. If you choose the ACE of SPADES, you win the grand prize. If you choose some other card, you still keep the smaller cash prize that you won when you were selected to come up front and that card gets destroyed so that next weeks chances are even better for the ace.
You can buy your tix anytime. Some come early and play cards and listen to the music and others (most) come around 7:30. You can arrive at 7:55, buy your tix and be out by 8:15... hopefully with a big wad of cash.
