Sparkling Wine Tour:
Learn how we are making sparkling wine in the traditional method of Champagne, France. A guided tour of the sparkling wine process led by winemaker Bruce Ewert and sommelier Travis McFarlane. Tours every half hour starting at 12 noon.

Includes Champagne flute and seafood appetizers prepared on-site by the Delta Halifax paired with a tasting of our 2006 Brut.
