There is a deep longing in Celtic people to spend time in nature. We prefer small homes, a nice back yard with a fire pit, and a place for family and friends to gather. We flock to tenting and camping sites whenever we can.
This workshop will start with an introduction to Celtic Shamanism. It is followed with a visualization exercise and then a short self-directed drumming mediation.
