Join us for Kentville’s own Scott Kelby’s Worldwide Photowalk! Over the past few years, I’ve led these walks in Annapolis Royal and Wolfville. I’m excited to bring the walk to Kentville this year!
We’ll meet in Centre Square at 5:00 pm and after our approximately two hour photowalk, we’ll meet back at Paddy’s to talk about our experiences. (Wrap up location to be confirmed when I have a better idea of numbers.) On the walk, we’ll explore:
The downtown core (street photography)
Old Rail bed (Landscapes)
Miner’s Marsh (Landscapes and wildlife)
This walk is open to all ages, abilities, and gear! Whether you’re picking up a camera for the first time, or a seasoned professional, this walk is for you! Bring your children; bring your dog… though maybe your furry friend won’t be able to join us after.
It doesn’t matter what kind of gear you own. Smartphone or point and shoot? That works. Film? Awesome.
For more advanced photographers, you’ll want, at the very least, a wide angle lens for street photography and a telephoto for the birds at Miner’s Marsh.
