Concert and A Unique Invitation
The Halifax Camerata Singers, Atlantic Canada’s leading chamber choir. will present a choral concert and launch a new CD at Wolfville Baptist Church on Sunday, Nov. 8 at 4 pm.
SOLACE: Songs of Remembrance, the title of both the concert and the CD, is dedicated to the memory of loved ones. The music pays tribute not only to those who lost their lives during armed conflicts, but also to the special people who have had an impact on our lives but who are no longer living among us.
We would like to encourage people to submit a name(s) of someone that you would like to remember and include in the program. These people can come from all walks of life: parents, siblings, friends, members of the military, musicians, etc. Please note: All names to be submitted need to be forwarded to: [email protected]. by October 19.
