Proceeds to help get 17 year old Matthew Chisholm to National Kayak Training Camp in Florida in March of 2017. He has attended this training camp the last four years and has had an exceptional competition year. His most recent accomplishments include a silver medal in the U17 K1 200m and a bronze medal in the U17 Mixed C15 War Canoe at the National Canoe/Kayak championships in August. As well, he represented Nova Scotia in the International Canada Cup where he received a silver medal in U17 K1 200m and bronze medal in U19 K4 200m. He is currently ranked second in Canada for the 200m. His goal is to train harder and work towards making the 2017 Junior World Team next year.
