Fitness Junkies has invited Apple Valley Cross Fit, Kettlebell Krushers Fitness, and The Yoga Hen to put together an amazing 2 hour workout in honour of International Women's Day. Let's show the world how strong women are!
Each fitness group will lead a 30 minute workout to give you a taste of boxing-style bootcamp, kettlebells, clubbells and TACFIT, Cross Fit, and yoga!
Men are welcome. Girls ages 13-16 must be accompanied by an adult. Participants will be required to complete a PAR-Q.
