Only voting members will be allowed to participate in the election of officers. A voting member is anyone who has paid a $10 membership fee, volunteered 15 or more hours with the organization in the past year, or anyone who has contributed $250 or more to the organization in the past year through donations or sponsorships (either cash or in-kind). There will be finger foods, coffee, and tea available. For those interested in playing some music, there will an opportunity for jamming at the end of the meeting.
